The Overseas Chinese Culture Athletic and Arts Federation (OCCAAF) is lunching a Scholarship initiative named WE CARE Scholarship to help disavantaged children in China and the U.S to finish their education.

We will offer two kind of Scholarship: one is Merit based, the other one is Need based.

Eligibility Requirements:  

1. Be of Asian descent.

2. Have a minimum accumulative GPA of 2.5 and above.

3. Submit an autobiography in about 100 words.

4. Submit an essay on “My Dream” in about 1000 words.

5. Complete and submit an application postmarked no later than August 31, 2014.
